2023 MUNICIPAL QUESTIONNAIREs about park priorities
Our municipal candidate questionnaires related to Chicago’s Mayoral and Alderperson elections have been sent out!
We have asked for responses to be submitted by Wednesday, January 25. Click here to see our running list of reponses.
All year we have been collecting issues and concerns we heard about in our work with PACs and parks across the city. In November and December, we held multiple meetings with PAC and park partner leaders to learn about what issues were most important to you. Thank you to those who were able to attend a convening and to others who sent in thoughts. Your thoughts, both park-specific and city-wide, about what we need our incumbent and/or future leaders to be thinking about in terms of park priorities shaped our questions.
We have sent questionnaires to everyone running for mayor and alderperson. The end of the alderperson questionnaire includes questions related to concerns brought up in a few specific wards. As we get responses, we will post them to our website. Here are the materials:
