R&R&R Netsch Lecture - Rest, Resilience, and a Railroad
august 5, 2020
Co-hosted by FOTP Board Member, Anton Seals, Jr., who is the lead steward of Grow Greater Englewood and is deep in the midst of the community-led effort around urban agriculture and green space investments in the neighborhood. We will enjoy a panel conversation reviewing some of the history of the project, the latest iteration of the vision around it, and the urgent need for healthy green spaces in the midst of urban neighborhoods that serve the community’s need for rest, relaxation, and resilience—issues that are even more top of mind in the midst of COVID-19, civil rights protests, and economic crisis.
