Event layout:
FPDCC and FOTP are planning for approximately 650 Motorola employees to attend the annual Motorola Global Day of Service event sponsored by the aforementioned organizations. Individuals will be placed into teams of 13 and will be led under the guidance of a team leader. FPDCC and FOTP are planning for two shifts in which half of the Motorola employees will be working on activities in the morning and the remaining completing those same activities that afternoon. Individuals will be asked to work for approximately 2.5 hours in each shift. In the event of any questions or concerns regarding the task assigned, questions should be directed to the team leaders, which in turn should be directed to the FPDCC and FOTP staff. There will be 7 FPDCC staff on hand and 3 FOTP staff with additional individuals who will assist in secondary roles. Additionally, FOTP will have 4 first aid/water stations set up throughout the designated work area at Busse Woods.
